Port-au-Prince, Haiti – The Haitian airline Sunrise Airways has announced its new loyalty program, designed to recognize and reward frequent customers who prefer to fly with the airline. The program offers exclusive benefits, stronger customer engagement, and a more personalized travel experience.
This program represents a significant milestone in the carrier’s ongoing commitment to strengthening customer relationships and enhancing the passenger experience. Through Sunrise Rewards, customers will enjoy a dedicated loyalty experience that will continue to evolve as the program expands and introduces new benefits and rewards.
Customers who subscribe will become Rewards Members, the entry-level tier of the loyalty program. As they accumulate points, members will have the opportunity to advance to higher membership tiers—Silver, Gold, and Platinum—with enhanced benefits and rewards to be introduced progressively in future phases.
The program will provide customers with essential account and self-service capabilities, including account registration, profile and contact information updates, communication preferences, and access to the My Ticket section on their webpage and mobile app that displays the customer's flight activity.

This program will expand the experience and benefits with additional features, redemptions, and membership card functionality.
