Caribbean Court of Justice Launches Upgraded Website

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad – The Trinidad-based Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) has unveiled a revamped website, featuring a modern user-friendly design and an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot to make information about the regional Court and its work more accessible to stakeholders.

courtjusA CCJ statement said that the website stems from its Strategic Plan 2025–2032, which identifies technology and innovation as one of the Court’s strategic priorities, the upgrade is intended to enhance the accessibility, efficiency, and future readiness of the Court’s main digital platform.

It said  the chatbot complements the website’s improved layout, helping users quickly find information and resources.

‘Given that our stakeholders are dispersed throughout the region, the website serves as the main portal for accessing information about the Court, its work, and its judgments,”  said CCJ President, Justice Winston Anderson.

“This redesign, together with the introduction of the AI chatbot, represents another step in strengthening our service delivery by making information easier to access, navigate, and understand. We hope these improvements will provide a more seamless and responsive experience for all our users,” he added.

The CCJ said that redesign forms part of its ongoing efforts to support enhanced justice delivery in keeping with the Court’s mission of providing accessible, efficient, and substantive justice for the people and States of the Caribbean Community.
