LAUDERDALE LAKES, Florida – In place of the Annual Grand Charity Ball, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kiwanis Club of Lauderdale Lakes (KCLL) will host the KCLL 2021 Virtual Charity Event on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 7:30 p.m.
This meaningful event will honor deserving individuals in our community, let us hear from students who have benefited from KCLL scholarships, as well as recognize our sponsors and donors whose generosity makes such a positive impact in the lives of others. To date, KCLL has provided over $250,000 in student scholarships and donated significant funds to charitable organizations including, but not in any way limited to, SOS Children’s Village, Caribbean Heart Mender’s Association, Christmas in July, Susan B. Anthony, Best Buddies Florida, Horses & the Handicapped, Friends of Good Shepherd Mobay, Inc., and Reddie’s Place of Safety in Jamaica.
