The Chakra Healing Collection Continues Nicole Landry’s Quest to Share Spiritual Wellness
While completing work on her most ambitious project, Nicole Landry suffered a devastating loss. Her father, Neville George Blair, died in July, 2024 at age 77.

The Chakra Healing Collection, the seven-prong wellness journals he helped guide her through, were released in early 2025. They look at the benefits of the Asian discipline’s core centers — Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown.
Landry, who is from Alberta, Canada, produced the journals through Journey of Atman, a company she started in 2020. She is heartbroken that her father did not see the finished product.
“This project is extremely personal to me for that reason. It was the last thing we did together and the last project or idea that his love supported me through,” she said. “For over a year, I had a daily routine that included writing and discussing my progress and ideas with him. His energy is a huge part of every page in every book.”
Neville Blair was born in Jamaica. He was raised in Waterhouse, a rough, working-class community in Kingston known for producing elite reggae artists like Black Uhuru and Junior Reid and music producer Lloyd “King Jammy” James.
He migrated to Alberta as a young adult, settling there and raising a family.
The Chakra Healing Collection continues the Atlanta-based Landry’s fascination with wellness. Prior to launching Journey of Atman, she did holistic courses in Canada, which prepared her to produce wellness products such as scented candles and smudge/wands made from lavender, sage and eucalyptus.
Landry had limited literary experience and planned to write one journal. But she was prompted by her father to produce a thorough series dedicated to the key components of Chakra.
“One of the things I love most about the collection is that these are not ‘once and done’ journals. Life continues to unfold. We experience new challenges, new relationships, new seasons of growth, and new opportunities for self-discovery,” she stated. “That is what makes these journals so powerful. They are not simply books to complete and place on a shelf. They are invitations to revisit yourself throughout your life, gaining new insights, awareness, and understanding with each return.”
The Chakra Healing Collection is available in paperback format through Amazon and the Journey of Atman (journeyofatman.com) online store.
